- Key Requirements: – Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading IT strategy and operations
- Ability to work in Kansas City corporate office from 8-5 and travel occasionally, up to 15%, including international travel
- Ability to assess current systems and plan for strategic digital improvement
- Experience with large organizations and global teams
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently residing in the KC metro area for an easy commute
- Stable job history with not more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 in the last 7 years
- Experience in scaling an organization and implementing significant change
- Job Description:
- Managing the IT Department and strategic planning of technology systems for U.S. operations – Directing the local SAP IT Application support team
- Traveling up to 15% of the time, including international travel
- Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a flexible schedule to accommodate internal and external customer schedules
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Germany on IT strategies and U.S. technology needs
- Providing support and guidance for the SAP IT Applications support team
- Developing and leading IT communication strategies
- Analyzing complex business needs and implementing technical solutions
- Supporting internal digitalization initiatives
- Overseeing technology applications and evaluating their effectiveness
- Supporting global IT standards and policies
- Overseeing systems of internal controls, emergency and backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Developing and controlling the IT budget
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10 years of experience leading IT strategy and operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
