Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects using the Agile project management methodology and client SDLC
- Manage IT project teams, product, and process across the lifecycle of the project
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Plan project sprints and assess business implications for each sprint
- Monitor and assess project progress to assure deadlines and standards are met
- Ensure the project team is implementing the Quality Control Plan consistently and effectively
- Evaluate, determine, and document specific requirements related to projects and translate those requirements into a deliverable based roadmap with target release dates for accomplishment
- Present to stakeholders the roadmap of planned deliveries, and capabilities to be delivered in each sprint
- Provide routine reporting of project milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements
- Responsible for managing project risk and developing adequate mitigation strategies
- Conduct internal and external communication among the business and IT delivery partners
- Maintain meeting cadence with program stakeholders as required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
- Conduct cross-organizational coordination as required in support of project delivery
Qualifications
- Preferred Project Management certified (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CPMP, APM)
- Ability to manage project across the full life-cycle of the project
- Experience with project involving application design, development and implementation
- Experience managing and communicating with Stakeholders
- Experience with Scrum and Agile Methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to estimate the work and determine the sprint schedules
- Experience maintain a Project Management Plan containing other subsidiary plans
- Experience with Risk Management and Quality Control
- Must be able to perform project tracking through clear and concise status reports and pro-actively identifying potential risks
- Accountable for delivery of the project and project deliverables on time, on budget and on scope
- Experience using Project Management tools
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, Project Management or related scientific /technical discipline plus 2 years’ experience
Clearance:
- Ability to obtain Moderate Background Investigation (MBI) clearance

Salary Information:
- The pay for this position ranges from $72,750 to $90,000.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
