Pay Rate between: $60,000-$80,000 / year
The purpose of this role is to lead and support efforts within the Network Operations department to ensure our compliance with IT Governance controls and the health of our IT Operations. This includes monitoring systems, running reports, gathering data, interfacing with external and internal auditors, and coordinating with other team members to execute tasks. This role includes working with IT Managers, individual contributors as well as business and shared services teams to create, maintain and distribute data. This role will require a knowledge of our systems, business and technology operations and an understanding of Sarbanes Oxley controls.
Essential Functions: * Maintain our IT Governance calendar to ensure compliance with key dates and deliverables.
- Ensure IT Governance tasks are executed according to the calendar and the output is distributed appropriately.
- Act independently to improve quality and accuracy of documentation distributed to internal and external auditors.
- Establish recurring touchpoints with IT Managers and key team members to plan and execute governance tasks.
- Review processes with owners to determine any changes are required to support IT controls activities.
- Run daily and/or weekly security reports from key IT systems to ensure the health of IT Operations. Look for key items to determine if remediation and/or escalation is required.
- Assist or coordinate training activities with team members as needed to ensure compliance with IT controls.
- Assist the Manager, Network Operations with ad hoc tasks to continuously improve IT Operations and adherence to controls.
- Create and distribute reports to management as needed.
- Educate and coach Team Members on our processes and their importance with maintaining our security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years in business or technology required or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM Preferred.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and General IT Controls Preferred
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio Skills
- Familiarity with Information Technology systems, software, terminology and practices.
- Familiarity with writing styles
- Knowledge and experience using project management software (i.e., Jira)
