Seeking a skilled Platform Support Specialist to manage top accounts for Adobe Experience Platform, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product Management to resolve complex issues and deliver exceptional technical service. Responsibilities include triaging issues, conducting software tests, and documenting customer interactions for internal and external use. Must have strong technical knowledge of web and data platform technologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for new technologies.
Support top accounts for Adobe Experience Platform
Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to resolve complex issues
Conduct software tests to identify and resolve problems
Document customer interactions and product knowledge
Evaluate data structures and configurations for data integrationJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to triage complex issues and drive to resolution
Strong technical knowledge of web and data platform technologies
Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
