This position reports to the Company Manager and provides support for the Company Management Department in the following areas: finance, human resources, project management, special events & appearances, scheduling, and organization.Responsibilities include: managing the day-to-day financial systems of the organization, including payroll, coordination with accounts payable, weekly settlement, monthly expense reviews; providing general support to managers and supervisors with managing their department budgets; assist in benefit enrollments, new hire orientations, workers comp requests, event planning and wellness initiatives; General administrative duties including IT, scheduling, attending meetings, filing, mailing, taking and distributing meeting minutes.Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, people skills and the ability to interact with all levels of employee and outside partners. Candidates must be able to work discreetly with confidential information, be highly organized, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.
