We are ready for you!In this role, the CX Field Service Cloud Functional Lead will be working to understand customer goals/requirements, expectations, and challenges, analyze situations/data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud. You will advise the Project Manager & other stakeholders from time to time on implementation aspects of the project. As a CX Cloud Lead, you would be responsible for the overall delivery quality on the project by ensuring team’s adherence to standard practices and procedures. Build an understanding of and leverage Oracle methodologies, tools, and leading practices.This is a challenging, exciting role that will test your consulting skills, strategic thinking, leadership skills, technical skills and ability to remain focused and follow-through on plans.Responsibilities:Provide consistent high quality & innovative solution leadership on Service Cloud engagements by interacting with customers and other stakeholders to arrive at optimal solutions. Analyze and understand client goals, challenges & areas of opportunity to align Oracle’s Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions based on Industry Best Practices. Develop and deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations, present and articulate product features and benefits, and configure and test overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight the clients.Effectively utilize the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform along with other Oracle Integration and web technologies to deliver world class solutions. Collaborate with Sales Teams to support business development efforts in pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Arrive at coherent conclusions by undertaking complex analysis/ application of reason / trace performance implications through complex data/scenarios.Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration & migration strategies, throughout the engagement. Adhere to all Oracle Cloud security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job responsibilities. Mentor junior consultants in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is in-line with the best practices & future product road-mapResponsibilities:Experience / Expertise:

  • Hands on experience with configuration of Oracle Field Service Cloud application.
  • Expert in the areas of Oracles Field Service Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer Science (BS/MS) or a technical field.
  • Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customizations/integrations on Oracle CX Fusion Service Cloud Projects.
  • Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Mobile, Outlook) with some experience implementing the Redwood UI, including a responsive UI and Visual Builder
  • Experience working with or as a part of Service teams and solutions including incident management, service requests, work orders, contact centers, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with self-service and portal technologies such as Oracle Digital Customer Service, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
  • Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Excellent customer facing & interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
  • Ability to travel and support customers across various time-zones.

Experience in the following applications is a plus

Certification in one or more of the following:

  • Oracle Fusion Sales
