Responsibilities:
- Assist supporting end users (laptops, mobile devices, etc.)
- Troubleshooting everyday technical issues remotely and in-person
- Create and modify IT Service Desk Knowledge Base Articles
- Shadow IT management in administering companywide virtual and in-person meetings
- Working with external vendors (Apple, Verizon, Microsoft) to manage user sign in records.
- Build and deploy laptops to end users (Current and New Hire Employees)
- Create and update process documentation and instructions for internal IT team.
Requirements:
- IT Experience and/or education
- IT problem solving skills.
- IT troubleshooting
- Ability to use incident ticketing system (Fresh Service experience a plus)
- Customer Service oriented
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Self-starter and driven.
- Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Prioritization skills
- Mobile device experience a plus
- Student will be required to appear in the office 5-days a week, with little opportunity for remote work.
- All interns must have reliable transportation based on the expectations of the positions.
- Interns must be committed to work M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM and committed to work the full summer (Tentatively May through August)
- Student must reside in the Hudson Valley, or have summer living accommodations in order to appear in the office per position requirements
Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Expected salary: $18 per hour
