Job description: Alliance Security is a New York Tri-State leader providing Engineering, Installation, and Service/Repair of security systems and solutions for a premier portfolio of clientele. We are currently looking to fill the position of Integration Specialist- IT Customer Services. The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the security technology industry and be familiar with systems such as CCTV and Video Management Systems, Access Control, Visitor Management, Turnstile, and Biometric systems.
Job Skills / Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong technical, organizational, and contract management experience and be responsible for the following:
- Visit job sites to perform an inventory of security technology systems and advise on upgrade options. Create proposals as required.
- Contract Management – manage client lifecycle of service contracts and generate proposals as required.
- Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for internal and external customers.
- Attend client meetings as required and represent Alliance Security at engagements involving new business and retaining client contracts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to current and potential clients on company services.
- Build client retention initiatives and successfully execute organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security system service/installation.
- Prior experience in project management
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to interface professionally with clients/users and security management.
- Knowledge of CCTV/ACS design, installation, and application methods to ensure accurate pricing of products and labor.
- Maintain security certifications and OSHA requirements.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University.
Advanced Degree preferred.

- Have 5 years of proven business development and relationships accomplishments.
- Have experience with RFPs.
- At least 5 years of experience with integration.
- Experience with Access Controls.
- Has a valid Drivers License.
Working Conditions:
This is a role that will require you to be in the office and in the field.
Travel Requirements:
Local travel within the New York tri-state region. New opportunities may call for regional or national travel.

- The incumbent primarily will conduct work at client locations and in a construction environment
- The candidate will perform field visits at client facilities and will need to engage local transit systems or possess the ability to operate a company vehicle. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license and will be assigned a company vehicle.
