Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
- Upgrading the workstations to enable compatible software on all computers
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level
- Performing diagnostic tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting
- Establishing good relationships with all departments and colleagues
- Checking daily backup operations
- Managing technical documentation
- Office 365: able to reset passwords, add new users, change permissions, add or remove licenses, convert to a shared mailbox, troubleshoot office using built-in tools, understand office licenses
Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 1+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
- A+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation is advantageous
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Good problem-solving skills
- Printers, workstations, email, scanners
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Passion for teamwork and continuing education/development
- Experience with Dell, SonicWALL, FortiGate, Ubiquiti, Office 365, Servers, Screen Connect, experience with PBX, VOIP, and Microsoft Hyper-V technologies is a PLUS
Expected salary: $20 – 25 per hour
