- Communicate with employees and customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their needs
- Troubleshoot technology problems with client groups to ensure satisfaction and operation of technology
- Complete daily tasks such as completing IT tickets
- Collaborate on challenging projects to support the growth of the IT Department
- Establish and maintain positive customer/coworker relationships
- Manage various sites, applications, and software used by Fox team members

Education and Experience
- Some IT or Technical Experience
- Understanding of Computer Hardware (PCs, Laptops, Monitors, peripherals).
- Microsoft experience
- Own a Smartphone
