Job description: Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Senior Senior IT Support Specialist in Tallahassee, FL. Pay is $26 – $28 per hour | based off of experience* Health insurance, dental and vision are available as well. Monday – Friday | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Job Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning:• As a project team leader, collaborate with their supervisor in conceptualizing and development of new technologies and system programs and applications.• Analyze and assess existing technology systems and procedures.• Independently or as a lead of team, define, develop and document complex technology and system business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.• Define and manage technology and system development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.• Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill requirements of all internal and external program. Acquisition & Deployment:• Conduct research on emerging infrastructure and operating system products, solutions, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.• Collaborate with vendors for efficient implementation of new infrastructure products or systems and for resolution of any adaptation issues.• Recommend, schedule, and perform infrastructure improvements and upgrades.
- Development in Android cell phone ordering and support, familiar with iphone support, ipad ordering and support, Mobile Device Management (MDM) such as Intune and/or AirWatch.
Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree*:Achievement of 2 or more certifications which must demonstrate at least 30 hours of study in the following areas: – CompTIA A+ – Microsoft Certification – Cyber Security Certification – Network+ Certification – Other related certification if it can be shown to be relevant to our environment and academically rigorous to require at least 30 hours of study and an exam.
